About the Role
Times: 8.30am to 5.30pm (with 1 hour unpaid break), term time only plus INSET and 2 weeks during school closure periods
South Farnham Educational Trust (SFET) is seeking a highly organised and professional PA to the CEO and Senior Trust Administrator to provide exceptional executive support and ensure the smooth running of trust-wide administrative processes. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the Trust, supporting the CEO and senior leadership team in delivering strategic priorities and maintaining effective communication across our schools and external partners.
This role is multi-site based, requiring regular presence at different schools within the Trust. A degree of flexibility in working hours and travel will be essential to meet the demands of the CEO’s schedule and Trust priorities.
As a key member of the central team, you will:
• Manage the CEO’s complex diary, travel arrangements, and leadership calendar.
• Act as the first point of contact for the CEO’s office, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare agendas, briefing papers, and documentation for meetings and events.
• Support trust-wide projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirements.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience as an executive PA or senior administrator.
• Demonstrates excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Is highly proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using digital systems.
• Can manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally has experience within education or a multi-academy trust setting.
