This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR & Payroll Assistant to join our growing central team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the HR Teams across the Trust, providing a full range of payroll and HR services to all schools and employees. Previous payroll and HR experience would be advantageous but most importantly, we are seeking someone who has the ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion, remain calm under pressure, have a can-do attitude and have strong interpersonal skills.
South Farnham Educational Trust is a growing Trust which currently consists of ten schools. This position is required to support this growth and to ensure that we continue to offer the best support to our schools and our employees.
