This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic rapidly growing Multi Academy Trust. We are seeking an exceptional HR Director to lead our people strategy and drive forward the Trust’s vision through outstanding HR practice. The successful candidate will be a key member of the central leadership team, shaping and delivering a people practices that supports the Trust’s growth, values, and educational mission.

South Farnham Educational Trust currently consists of ten schools (primary & secondary) and one associate member, a Teaching School Hub and thriving SCITT.
