Somervale School is a very popular, high achieving, 11 to 18 mixed comprehensive school situated in Midsomer Norton on the outskirts of Bath and on the edge of Somerset. The school occupies a large attractively landscaped site with an excellent range of specialist accommodation and facilities.

We are an extremely successful medium sized school and that makes us unique in the local area. We have all the benefits of any other school with the added bonus of an attention to detail that you simply cannot achieve in a larger school.

We place our students at the heart of everything that we do. We believe in working hard, being kind and enjoying learning.

The students and staff are wonderful ambassadors for what is great about education and lifelong learning. Staff are committed and passionate about their subjects and students are engaging and positive.

The Midsomer Norton Schools' Partnership was founded in 2009 following the hard federation between Norton Hill and Somervale Secondary Schools. Since this point the Trust has grown to include other secondary schools and a large number of primary schools, which are all located in the Southwest of England: Bath and North East Somerset, Somerset and North Somerset.
