Built in 2012, The Sir Robert Woodard Academy boasts modern facilities arising from a £39m BSF contract. Recent years have seen capital additions of over £250k, contributing to a wide range of internal facilities such as fitness suite, theatre, sports hall, and sixth form. As the school grows in popularity, there is likely to be further expansion and development.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced and professionally qualified Site Manager to join the academy as soon as possible. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the key areas of responsibility will fall into four main categories and the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate proven experience and an excellent understanding of these:-
● People Management
● Project Management
● Estates Management
● Compliance and Health and Safety
This is a senior role in the academy and calls for vision, a whole-school approach and an understanding of how the learning environment contributes to the overall teaching and learning experience for the child.

The salary for this position is NJC SCP 36-41: currently £45,718-£50,788 per annum
Annual leave entitlement is 28 days, plus all bank holidays.
Hours are 37 per week, Monday-Friday, working various shifts, plus call-outs and occasional evening/weekend working required.
