Administrative Assistant
Required September 2025
• Grade: BB03 (Salary Point 4-5)
• FTE Salary: £24,404 to £24,790 Actual Salary: £21,494 to £21,834 (pay award pending)
• Working pattern: 37 hours per week, Term time + 10 days
We are seeking to appoint a professional, efficient, customer-focused administrator to join our committed, experienced and friendly administration team. This is a key role which is integral to the smooth running of our school’s administrative support service.
As an administrative assistant, you will provide general administrative support to the school. Your duties will include managing phone calls, emails and other enquiries; managing accurate student records, including data input and retrieval; producing documents, filing and photocopying. The role is varied and will also include providing a service at both student reception and main reception; welcoming all parents, pupils and visitors to our school in a professional and approachable manner and supporting students at student reception with their day-to-day queries and needs and assisting with first aid.
