Headteacher's Welcome

On behalf of everyone at Staple Hill Primary School, I would like to welcome you to our school website. We believe that our school is a warm and friendly community where your child will learn and grow. We are very proud of our school and its many successes in all aspects of school life. I hope as you explore our website that it will give you a clear insight into the life and work of our school.

Our very committed governors and staff work closely together to provide our children with the very best all-round education in a setting that prides itself on valuing our British Heritage and the diversity of our community. We encourage all of our children to take responsibility for their learning, to grow in confidence and become independent learners. We believe that our children learn best when members of staff and parents work in partnership so we look forward to working closely with you and your child so that they may achieve their full potential. We promote good behaviour so that all our children can achieve and excel and celebrate outstanding effort and learning.

We consider our school to be a very happy, dynamic and fun place in which our children can feel safe, looked after and inspired. We place great emphasis on Personal, Social and Emotional growth and embrace the wonderfully diverse languages and cultures that make us so special. At Staple Hill, we work hard to create the best learning environment that celebrates success, promotes reflection and learning from mistakes and enables children to feel happy, secure and have fun!

Our website is only an introduction as you can only truly appreciate the wonderful atmosphere around the school by coming in and visiting us. We look forward to meeting you for the first time and continuing to work with those of you who are already part of our fantastic community.

Best wishes,

Mrs S Boult, Headteacher
