🍎📚 Join our Team at Cadbury Heath Primary School (BS30) - Two Lunchbreak Supervisor Positions Available! 📚🍎

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Grade 13, £22,737.00 FTE per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £3,605.07 p.a.)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 7 hours per week (11.50am – 1.10pm Monday – Thursday and 11.50am – 1.30pm) term time only (38 weeks)

The Role:

We are currently seeking two experienced and dedicated Lunchbreak Supervisors to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of our students during lunchtime.

We need you to:

Be warm, positive, caring and fully committed to the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of our children.

Maintain a calm and consistent approach, , fostering a nurturing atmosphere for our children.

Work well as part of a team but also able to use your own initiative.

Be enthusiastic and have a positive outlook.

Be fully supportive of the school’s approach to outdoor play and our ‘whatever the weather’ approach.

Have the communication skills necessary to act as a link between the children, the other lunchbreak staff and the rest of the adults working in school.

Be prepared to fully participate in training and professional development where applicable to the post.

Understand the need for and adhere to strictest standards of confidentiality.


Fluency Duty:

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
