Deputy Headteacher (Behaviour & Attitudes)

We are looking to appoint an innovative leader who is excited to further develop their career and join St Dunstan’s School as our Deputy Headteacher (Behaviour and Attitudes).

This senior role requires someone who will provide clear and effective strategic leadership to support shaping the future of our school community. The successful candidate will join us at an exciting time when we are building on the success of our recent Ofsted report; a growing intake; and the appointment of a new Headteacher who is excited about taking the school to further success.

The focus of the role will be the school’s pastoral provision, leading on attendance, behaviour and attitudes, and to continue to grow a safe, happy and nurturing atmosphere, where all students feel valued and supported to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of outstanding teaching and at least three years Senior Leadership experience, being able to demonstrate previous leadership in whole school and pastoral development which has resulted in measurable improvement.

If you are an outstanding practitioner and possess the qualities that align with our commitment to excellence and continual professional development then we look forward to your application.
