We are part of the Cidari family, which is a Church of England Multi Academy Trust.
As a Church of England Academy we have strong links with our local church, St John’s, and its community. The area of Nelson that we serve is rich and diverse which we value and embrace through our skills based curriculum and the daily life of school.
Nurturing our young people to become the very best they can be is our daily mission. Through our strong moral purpose, excellent teaching, good parental support and amazing children we fulfill this daily.
Cidari Multi Academy Trust established in November 2013 is part of the Blackburn Diocese. Open to both converter and sponsored academies, we already have a mix of Voluntary Aided and Voluntary Controlled primary and secondary schools. We are also open to community schools. Through this website we hope that you will get a flavour of our organisation, our mission, our objectives and our members. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you require any further information.
"To provide high quality education for all children based on clearly established Christian values and principles."
We work closely and collaboratively with our schools and other partners to ensure that we offer a strong caring ethos and a clear moral purpose. We encourage all our schools to see themselves as part of a family with a shared vision, identity and purpose whilst maintaining their individuality.
We are committed to achieving excellence in education and see it as the right of every child to achieve their full potential and to flourish academically, socially, spiritually and emotionally.
We aim to ensure:
Are you joining our team as an employee, volunteer or Governor?
Established in November 2013 Cidari Education is a growing education sponsor and part of the Blackburn Diocese. Through the recruitment of passionate, engaging and inspirational people we are committed to providing high quality education for all children in our academies based on clearly established Christian values and principles.
We see it as the right of every child in our schools to receive the best educational experience possible which develops them academically, socially, spiritually and emotionally. We believe that every child should know that they are loved and valued and that each one should be able to reach their full potential. We work closely and collaboratively with all our schools and other partners to ensure that we offer a strong caring ethos, a clear moral purpose and inclusive values.
Having a hard working, ambitious and dedicated team is the key to achieving this vision. If you possess these qualities and are looking to join an organisation with a devotion to providing the very best education to our young people and a commitment to the Christian ethos we want to hear from you.
As a multi-academy trust with a number of academies we can offer career and personal development to support your aspirations.
