Teaching Assistant (Level 2)
16.50 hours per week, term-time
Fixed term for 1 year with the possibility of being made permanent (budget dependent)
Cidari Education and the Governing Body of Newchurch St Mary's Church of England Primary Academy are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated and committed Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our committed & hardworking staff team. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities. The right candidate will also have the highest expectations of pupils and have the ability to meet the needs of our wonderful and energetic children.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Essential qualifications and experience as detailed in the person specification, including GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above
- A proven ability to work on their own initiative
- A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults
- The ability to use relevant technology/equipment
- A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school
