We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Director of Finance & Operations and Administrator to the Clerk of Governors. In this important role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Finance & Operations, handling calls, emails and correspondence as well as attending meetings and taking minutes. You will also lead the clerking administration function, providing support to the Clerk of Governors, ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of governance functions.
The role will include in person attendance at Governor meetings, of which you can expect one a term, usually held in the evening as well as various board meetings through the year. Timely production of minutes following the meetings is imperative so you will be highly organised and efficient.
The role is people facing and you will be the first point of call for all visitors to the bursary department so a friendly and professional disposition is essential.
