Recruitment and HR Compliance Coordinator

Permanent, Full-Time (52 weeks)

Start date: as soon as possible

Following a review of our internal HR department, Sir William Perkins's School has a new opportunity for a capable and organised individual to be our Recruitment and HR Compliance Coordinator.

Working with the HR Manager and Payroll & HR Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, customer focused and efficient recruitment process, in line with the School’s Safer Recruitment Policy and employment legislation.

The role includes ensuring HR compliance, as well as managing and maintaining the Single Central Register. 

If you have proven experience of working in an advisory/HR role and are able to work efficiently, accurately and possess excellent planning and organisation skills, we look forward to receiving your application.

About us

Sir William Perkins’s School is a high-performing, academically selective, independent girls’ school for approximately 600 students aged 11 – 18 years. The Head is both a member of HMC and GSA. It is located on an attractive 12- acre site situated on the outskirts of Chertsey, a two-minute walk from the railway station and very near to the junction of the M3 and M25.
