Salary: £22,050 (actual) for 35 hour week during term time

We are looking to appoint an SEMH Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about education and helping students to reach their full potential. The main focus of the role will be:
- To provide support for students with special educational needs including delivering interventions for students with ASD/ADHD and/or Anxiety primarily regarding social communication, emotional regulation and executive functioning
- To supervise students in independent study periods in the Personalised Learning (SEND) classroom and support their learning if required.
- To monitor the progress of the students they support and liaise closely with all relevant staff to ensure needs are being met.
- To enable students to develop their independence.
- To support the Head of Personalised Learning (SENCO) with administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, requesting and collating evidence for Access Arrangements.
