FTE: 0.44 2 days, Thursday and Friday plus PPA (we are flexible on working days for the right candidate)

The Senior Leadership Team and Governors of Ashby Willesley Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational class teacher to join our teaching team in Year 1. Rated Good by Ofsted, we are an ambitious, forward-thinking school with an exceptionally motivated group of staff and engaged pupils and parents. The staff at Willesley are highly committed to achieving the best outcomes for our children and go above and beyond every day.
We are seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner who can be flexible within the role. The working pattern would ideally be Thursday and Friday in the classroom however, we are flexible for the right candidate.

We are a good, two form entry school, catering for pupils from Foundation Stage to Year 6 and have 403 pupils on roll. Our school is highly respected in the community and is often over subscribed for pupil places. Our pupils are engaged and parents are supportive. The school is well resourced, with a low staff turnover and we have a good level of support staff in classes. We pride ourselves on our sporting achievements and support for children’s and adults wellbeing. We are part of a well-established and supportive multi academy Trust, Symphony Learning Trust, which brings many opportunities and advantages for our staff, including a strong focus on staff wellbeing.
