Elmgreen is a true community school for staff and students. We have a very low staff turnover, particularly for a London school because people love to work here. The school develops its staff through a fabulous Early Career Teacher Programme and a very large proportion of our more experienced staff are pursuing further qualifications in terms of their professional development. We are all continuous learners at The Elmgreen School.

This is also a school that believes in finding and developing talent. The vast majority of Middle and Senior Leaders in both teaching and non teaching positions have been developed and promoted through the school. It’s good to know that you are coming to a school that has your development at its heart. The Headteacher has been in post for ten years and the Senior Team are highly experienced and very supportive. WHO WE ARE

The Dunraven Educational Trust believes school's have a moral imperative to create the best educational provision that they can in order to serve the needs of their community effectively, now and in the future. The Trust has primary, secondary and sixth form phases and well established ITT provision. We are experienced and successful in supporting schools in a range of areas including leadership development, teaching and learning, finance and HR.
