We are now seeking an outstanding teacher and leader to join our successful pastoral team as Head of House (Chelt).
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people while helping to shape and develop our highly valued House System.
As Head of House, you will lead the pastoral provision for pupils within your House, promoting excellent standards of behaviour, attendance, personal development and wellbeing. You will work closely with senior leaders, tutors, parents and external agencies to ensure all pupils are safe, supported and able to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will become part of an established team of Heads of House who enjoy a particularly collaborative and supportive approach, working together to deliver exceptional pastoral care and create meaningful opportunities for pupil leadership, enrichment and personal growth.
Alongside your pastoral responsibilities, you will continue to teach within your specialist subject area and contribute to the wider life of the school.
