We are committed to fostering an environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow through development opportunities and enriching experiences, ultimately leading to success in all aspects of life.
We recognise that true collaboration thrives when we work together. As a family of schools, we prioritise the value of sharing knowledge, being inspired, and supporting one another. We actively encourage easy visitation between our schools, allowing for cross-pollination of ideas and collective growth.

We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply!
People from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Governing boards should represent the communities they serve, as well as wider society. We welcome interest from underrepresented groups to ensure our boards are diverse in background, skillset, and thought.
Diversity is a powerful instrument for effective governance. Trustees are required to make choices that impact the daily lives of children, from school finance all the way through to staff and pupil recruitment. It’s essential that boards possess a broad set of beliefs, experiences, and ideas to inform their final judgements. We believe that true representation at board level enables all children to fulfil their potential.
Join us and help shape the future of education in your community!

The Leaf Trust is designed to be an organisation with a clear vision; with values which we aim to live each and every day and a mission which we strive to achieve. Here you will find out about the Trust we want to be...
We have a very clear purpose at the Leaf Trust: to provide excellence in Primary and Early Years education for the children we serve and the communities they live in. We believe that a great Early Years and Primary education is the foundation on which lifelong learning is built. We believe that, when we get this right for all children; lives are transformed forever.
We recognise that success looks different for each individual and celebrate the achievement of personal and academic goals, however big or small they may be.
We celebrate all types of success including measurable achievements linked to standards and external validation, as well as wider achievements relating to sports, music, wellbeing and other personal goals.
We take time to reflect positively on our individual and team achievements.
By doing these things we believe that all children… all families… and all staff, can and will succeed.

The Leaf Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people across all its schools and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Suitability to work with children will form part of the selection process, and all appointments will be subject to comprehensive vetting, including an enhanced DBS check and an online search in line with safer recruitment practices.
We are also dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We encourage applications from all suitably qualified candidates, particularly those from underrepresented groups, as we strive to build a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities served by Leaf schools.
