We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher with a passion to join our team from January or April 2027.

Why Teach in a First School & Nursery?

Working in a First School & Nursery offers a unique and rewarding experience:

● Excellent behaviour – pupils are eager to please, responsive to routines and genuinely enjoy

● school life.

● The joy of learning – without the pressure of GCSEs, teaching can focus on curiosity, exploration and deep understanding.

● Younger learners, big enthusiasm – pupils bring energy, humour and openness, making every day engaging and uplifting.

● Strong relationships – you get to know pupils well and play a key role in shaping their attitudes to learning before they move to high school.

It’s a phase where great teaching has a huge impact — and where teachers often rediscover the joy of the profession.
