Witton Middle School in Droitwich Spa, wish to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join a hardworking team. The post is required for 8.33 hours per week term time 11:30am to 1:10pm, Monday to Friday. Previous experience of working in a school or education setting would be desirable but not essential.

You will be responsible for supervising pupils (aged between 9-12 years) in the Dining Hall, and/or assist in the playground during the lunch period. Full training will be given. The position does involve the manual handling of chairs and tables.

The successful candidate will have a sense of humour, able to deal with difficult situations in a calm & sensitive manner, hold positive values and have a cheerful disposition. You will need to be physically fit, be reliable, punctual and have excellent attendance, possess a flexible and adaptable approach to work and job task, observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties, be a team player, personable and emotionally intelligent.
