- Collaborate with the SENDCO, Year teams and external agencies to develop joined-up care and individual Education or Behavioural Support plans.
- Utilise ELSA training and specialist self-regulation strategies to help pupils prepare for learning and reintegrate into the classroom.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of interventions, providing objective reports on student achievement, progress and behavioural development.
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers through home visits or meetings to help them support their child's mental health and education.
- Support students during transitions between year groups and Key Stages, ensuring they remain resilient and engaged with school life.
