We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Behaviour Support colleague to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping students overcome challenges and thrive academically and personally.
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity for an inspirational individual to make a real difference. You’ll use a variety of support strategies to help identify and remove barriers to learning for students who may find school life difficult. Working closely with staff, students, and families, you’ll build strong relationships and promote positive communication.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting emotional, social, or behavioural needs in a school, sixth form, or similar setting.
- Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office; experience with Arbor is a plus (training provided).
- Is empathetic, patient, and committed to helping students reach their full potential.
Working Hours
- Full-time, term-time only (Monday to Friday)
- 8:15am – 4:00pm (Mon–Thurs), 8:15am – 3:45pm (Fri)
- Includes daily 30-minute unpaid rest break
