We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional and dedicated Head of Year (KS5) to join our dynamic and successful team from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and organised pastoral leader to make a significant impact within a thriving and forward thinking Academy. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for their subject and the creativity to deliver engaging, effective teaching.

As Head of Year, you will lead your year group with clarity, purpose and vision. You will shape and deliver a strategic plan aligned with whole school priorities, monitoring both academic and pastoral progress to ensure every student is supported throughout their Sixth Form journey and fully prepared for life beyond school. You will work closely with, and lead, a committed team of Form Tutors, fostering a culture focused on wellbeing, progress and personal development.

We particularly welcome applications from teachers of Maths, English, Science, Social Science, MFL (Spanish & French) or PE, able to teach from KS3 to KS5.
