We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Senior Leadership Team to lead on behaviour across the Wellsway School and IKB Academy campus.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing our culture and ethos, working in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues across both schools.
Your leadership and management of behaviour, welfare, rewards and conduct will contribute to our schools continuing success.
You will work within a highly collaborative team to oversee the pastoral care and welfare of students in Year 7 to 11, leading and supporting the Heads of House, Behaviour Manager and form tutors.
We are seeking an ambitious individual who has the ability in the future to take on other aspects of senior leadership for example: assessment, teaching and learning, safeguarding or behaviour. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for career development with the structure of the senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will draw on their existing strengths and have proven track records of leading improvement in outcomes and performance. Quite simply, people who are able to “build the future” for our wonderful young people.
If you are a highly effective teacher, able to form excellent educational relationships with students and staff and are confident at calmly leading and developing systems for rewards and sanctions, we would love to hear from you.

Futura Learning Partnership is a partnership of schools which span 5 local authority areas: Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, North Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Working together to provide a high quality educational experience for all students in their care and be a truly inclusive provider of 2-18 education in the area.
