Wellsway School/ IKB Academy Campus Cover Officer

Salary: Grade 6 SCP 18 - 22 - £27,344 - £29,439 FTE

£23,073 - £24,841 Actual pro rata salary

Location: Keynsham, near Bristol/Bath

Contract: Full time 37 hours p/w plus two inset days Term: Permanent


We are looking for someone who will thrive in this challenging and varied role, working under the leadership of the Vice Principal in ensuring that cover is arranged for absent teaching and support staff in both Wellsway School and IKB Academy, and that HR functions run effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally well organised in their approach to work and meticulous in their attention to detail. With exceptional all-round administrative skills, including the ability to evaluate and contribute to the continual improvement of systems, you will be a self-starter, proactive and professional.

The ability to deal with sensitive information discretely and to maintain confidentiality at all times is a prerequisite. You will also need to possess the ability to exercise appropriate judgements on behalf of the Vice Principal and the HR team. You will be adept at managing a workload with competing deadlines and proficient with the full suite of MS Office applications.
