Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Receptionist/Administration Support at Wellsway School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission: “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish.” We are looking for an individual who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.
Wellsway School is a well-established secondary school in Keynsham with a strong academic tradition and inclusive ethos. It provides students with a high-quality education and a wide range of opportunities to develop their interests, leadership skills, and character.
As Receptionist/Administration Support, you will be responsible for:
Providing a professional and welcoming reception service to all visitors.
Delivering efficient administrative support to school staff as directed.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail accurately and promptly.
Assisting with photocopying, filing, and other general office duties.
Supporting safeguarding protocols and ensuring visitor procedures are followed.
What You’ll Bring to Futura
We are looking for an organised and proactive Receptionist/Administrator who:
Qualifications:
Has a good standard of education including GCSEs (Grade C / 4 or above) in English and Maths.
Possesses good IT skills.
Holds a qualification in Business Administration (desirable).
Has experience working as part of a team.
Has worked in a front-of-house or school environment (desirable).
Has experience engaging with young people (desirable).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organisation and multitasking ability.
Confidence in using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
A commitment to integrity and continuous professional development.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
