Salary: NJC PO1 (Actual salary £34,884 - £37, 722 p.a. inc.)
Contract Type: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
Contract Term: Permanent

• Is an exceptionally enthusiastic and committed leader to manage and motivate children and staff, and can lead, motivate and inspire teams to raise standards in student outcomes.
• Has the ability to lead and manage a split site, working independently and taking full responsibility for the campus within their remit and area of responsibility.
