Thank you for your interest in our Marketing Executive role.

We’re looking for a dynamic marketeer who’s passionate about communication, branding, and storytelling. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance planning, creating, and coordinating others.

You’ll be especially strong in copywriting and internal comms (a big part of the role), and confident managing websites, social media, and brand materials. You’ll enjoy influencing colleagues, juggling priorities, and teaching non-marketing teammates some “ninja skills’ along the way.

Experience in a school setting is welcome but not essential. More important is that you share our values and can show evidence of impact in a busy environment, with a strong portfolio of work.

The role would suit an ambitious early-career professional looking for greater breadth and responsibility.

Why join us?

This is a new role, bringing marketing in-house after being outsourced. It’s your chance to make your mark and grow in a values-led organisation that believes in its people.

We have an excellent benefits package, including:

• Salary £32,535 - £34,998  (SC5)

• Pension scheme with 19.01% employer contributions

• 26 days Annual Leave plus bank holidays

• Funded CPD and paid membership of a professional body

• A supportive, people-first culture

• Professional networking opportunities

• Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

• Free onsite parking

• The chance to make your mark in a meaningful role
