Are you practical, proactive and passionate about creating safe and welcoming environments? West Lea School are looking for two dedicated Site Assistants to join our dynamic Operations Team.

This a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the fabric and grounds of our school, ensuring our spaces are secure, clean, and ready to inspire learning.

As a Site Assistant, you’ll be:

• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of school premises across multiple sites

• Carrying out routine maintenance, minor repairs and groundskeeping

• Ensuring security protocols are followed, including locking/unlocking and alarm checks

• Monitoring contractors and supporting compliance operations

• Setting up spaces for meetings, assemblies and events

• Assisting with out of hours activities and school lettings
