We have three positions available:

* 1 full-time, working 37 hours per week
* 2 part-time, working 25 hours per week



These roles are all year round, and can be based at any of our Weston-super-Mare campuses.



Day to day duties of the role

* To provide a responsive reception service ensuring exemplary standards which exceed customer expectations, and maintain the Colleges outstanding reputation.

* To assist switchboard services to ensure the achievement of a minimum standard of 95% answer rate.

* To provide a clerical support to the CIS team where required.

* To assist with all communication services including, but not limited to, Livechat, email and WhatsApp.

* Team player, committed to working effectively and supportively with others, both within the department and the wider college.

* Professional, warm and friendly manner with exceptional interpersonal skills.

* Demonstrate a polite, effective and efficient phone manner.

* Exemplary Customer Service skills and commitment to the delivery of a wholly customer focused service.
