This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.



Day to day of the role

As the IT Software Developer (Trainee), you will play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and developing software applications and reports to enhance the College's management information systems.



Your role will include:

* Developing and maintaining software applications.



* Supporting existing code and systems.



* Learning and applying new technologies.



* Participating in code reviews.



* Ensuring security and secure coding practices.



Required skills and qualifications

* Experience of the following:

* ASP.NET
* ASP.NET Core
* HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
* JavaScript
* C#
* Microsoft SQL Server



* Excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills.



Interviews for this role will take place at our Knightstone Campus in Weston-super-Mare.
