This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

You may be required to visit multiple locations within the West of England area during the working day whenever necessary.

Day to day duties of the role

* Work with the Recruitment, Community Learning and Employability delivery teams to source, engage and check eligibility of learners.



* Conduct initial needs assessment to ensure support is tailored to each learner.



* Provide ongoing coaching, one-to-one support and review sessions to all learners on caseload.



* Provide participants with support on disclosure in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.



Required skills and qualifications

* Experience of managing own caseload.



* Able to work without close supervision, prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.



* Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.



* Experience of coaching, and of co-operating with other agencies and partners.
