This is a part-time role, working 27.5 hours per week.

This is a North Somerset based role. The post-holder will be required to travel across the West of England area with regular attendance at Weston College's South West Skills Campus.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

Day to day duties

* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality group sessions within the Community Education Programmes; Ensuring activities are engaging, purposeful and inclusive.

* Provide individual coaching, and support learners to help them set and achieve personal development and progression goals.

* Identify and address individual learing needs, reffering to appropriate support teams where required.

Required skills and qualifications

* Experience of managing own caseload.

* Able to work without close supervision, prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.

* Experience of co-operating with other agencies and partners.
