As the Regional Trainer/Assessor for Groundworks at Weston College, you will facilitate the development of our Apprentices at the Construction Training Centre. Working closely with the Construction Apprenticeship team, you will use a variety of training and assessment techniques to develop our Apprentices skills & knowledge of the Groundworks role and capture their progress through experiences at the College, in the workplace or virtually. In this role, you will be responsible for Apprentices in Groundworks, must hold a recognised Level 2 Construction qualification and have a sound knowledge and experience of the wider Construction and/or Civil Engineering sector.
