The Park School is looking to appoint a passionate, highly motivated and dedicated Inclusion Manager to join their team. This role is key to ensuring their diverse range of needs are met effectively so every student in the school can flourish. Working collaboratively with students, parents/carers, educational staff and external professionals, the successful applicant will help ensure the best possible long-term life outcomes for students.
We are a specialist school with 110 places for students aged 11-16 years old with moderate learning difficulties and additional needs. We are fortunate to be situated in a beautiful site in Woking, a short walk from the town centre and train station. Our school is part of the Weydon Multi Academy Trust (WMAT), working with other great schools which makes us stronger together. In our recent Ofsted inspection in October 2024, we were incredibly proud that the report stated ‘pupil’s personal development is at the heart of the school’s work’.
This vacancy is open to applicants with primary, secondary, specialist or mainstream experience. Applicants who have not yet completed their QTS and/or SENCO qualification (NASENCO or NPQ) but are highly motivated to do so will also very welcome to apply. The candidate will have a small teaching commitment.
The slary offered to applicants with QTS: WMAT Teacher Pay Scale (£33,074 - £50,470) + TLR3E (£2,618) + SEND1 Allowance (£2,679), and for applicants not yet with QTS: Associate Pay Scale (WA7/£34,275)
