We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Year Leader, who is ambitious and has a real passion for the pastoral and academic achievement of the year group.
The successful applicant will have high expectations and will be a reflective practitioner who is always keen to develop and improve their teaching. They will lead the year group and team of dedicated tutors. They will regularly meet with parents to discuss progress of students. The successful applicant will support and coordinate with our mentoring, counselling and careers sessions. They will support the year group by analysing and actioning key data including improving and maintaining excellent attendance and behaviour and academic achievements for the year group. Candidates will appreciate their role in helping our students to have high aspirations, and they have the highest expectations of all that they work with.
