I am proud and privileged to be the CEO of White Woods Primary Academy Trust (WWPAT). The Trust was founded in 2013 and we are committed to ensuring that all children in our care access exceptional learning experiences. We are ambitious for and beyond high academic achievement, aspiring for children to meet their full potential in its broader sense, induding; developing curious and resilient learners, harnessing and developing talents beyond the academic, recognising those that are lived beyond school, ensuring all are recognised, encouraged and celebrated.
To support this aim our work is unapologetically 'child-centred'. Our overarching ambition is to harness the power of education to enhance the life chances of children and to positively impact on the communities we serve, promoting and celebrating inclusion and diversity.
Relationships are at the heart of all we do. We believe that sustained improvement is forged through strong and effective partnerships, building and promoting professional capital and curiosity embracing the collaborative advantage being in a Trust offers but recognising this must go beyond just 'sharing best practice', it must be ambitious and transformational, and focused beyond the next set of results or inspection report.
Strong partnerships across the wider system play a critical role in our work and development, offering us support and challenge, enabling us to stay outward facing and equipped to deal with the ever evolving educational landscape.
