Brinsworth Manor Infant and Junior Schools are looking to appoint two Class teachers who share our values and can bring expertise, energy and commitment to our team.

We aim to develop our pupils as courageous leaders who are grounded in compassion and understanding. As a relational school, we put children at the centre of our decisions; we thrive on collaboration and fostering links with others.

The successful candidate will:

  • Design and teach engaging lessons tailored to diverse pupil needs.
  • Evaluate pupils' progress through regular assessments, maintain accurate records, and provide timely constructive feedback.
  • Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment that promotes positive behaviour.
  • Work effectively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support individual student growth and well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and school-wide initiatives in supporting teacher development.
  • Promote our ethos of ‘Building Better Humans’ and strive for the very best educational and wider development of our young people.

Experience across both Key Stage 1 and 2 desired, but not essential.

Brinsworth Manor is proud to be part of White Woods Primary Academy Trust: a family of 16 primary schools across Rotherham, united by a shared commitment to improving children’s lives. Established in 2013, the Trust’s work is guided by its four core values—the 4Cs: Child-centred, Collaborative, Curious and Challenging.

We can offer you:

  • Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
  • Access to workplace and wellbeing support services.
  • A genuine sense of belonging in a family of schools rooted in strong values.
  • A comprehensive induction and support programme.
  • A culture where curiosity, collaboration, joy and challenge drive professional growth.
  • A real commitment to work–life balance: your wellbeing matters to us. We want you to thrive, both at work and beyond it.
