We are looking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to be responsible for the health and safety, welfare and security of our students during lunch breaks.

You will join a strong, friendly, diverse team, who work together and independently to ensure our students enjoy their lunch breaks, whilst providing support where required and maintaining good behaviour.

We value our staff and believe in them. We offer you training and support to develop, along with a friendly and supportive team of colleagues to work with too.

Our core rule is simple: you must care about our students. They are at the heart of everything we do, and we are united in our mission to provide them with the best possible educational experience.

Wigston Academies Trust comprises Wigston Academy (11–16) and Wigston College (16–19). Both institutions were rated as “Strong Good” in their latest OFSTED inspections (May and June 2022).

If you’re curious to learn more, we warmly invite you to visit us. Come and see what makes our community special—we’re confident you’ll like what you find.
