Working across both the Academy and College receptions, the role includes dealing with outgoing post, answering email and telephone queries, and providing student attendance and administration support. You will have excellent customer service, communication and administration skills, and experience of working in a busy office environment.

We value our staff and believe in them. We offer you training and support to develop, along with a friendly and supportive team of colleagues to work with too.

Our core rule is simple: you must care about our students. They are at the heart of everything we do, and we are united in our mission to provide them with the best possible educational experience.
