Trust Operations Leader
Full time and permanent
Salary: Grade 14 £55,443 to £61,116 (pay award pending and negotiable based on the experience of the successful candidate)
Are you a dynamic and experienced operational leader looking for your next challenge? Wigston Academies Trust, is a thriving trust, seeking a Trust Operations Leader to join our trust leadership team.
As TOL, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Trust, working closely with our DOF and CEO on all aspects of strategic and operational management including finance, HR, estates, IT, and administration. You will ensure that our day-to-day functions run smoothly, enabling our staff to focus on delivering an outstanding education to our students.

• Experienced in operational management in a Trust or similar environment
