The successful candidate will be responsible for pastoral roles including monitoring and managing elements of student attendance and administration.

You will need to be a positive character who has experience of motivating and supporting students in their study.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working 35 hours per week (8am – 4pm) 40 weeks per year Term time + 
  • Demonstrate good communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of school staff, governors, students, contractors and 3rd party suppliers.
  • At least 2 years’ experience of working in an office environment.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Practical experience in word processing, excel and email.
  • A passion for supporting students.
  • Evidence of the ability to manage and direct others in their work

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Experience with working with young people 15-18.
  • The ability to work on own initiative.
  • Communication with parents on a professional basis.
  • Attainment GCSE’s or equivalent, to include English and Maths at grade A-C.
