Deputy Headteacher
Location:

Contract:           1 Year fixed term until 31st August 2023, full time
Pay range:         L9 (£54,749) - L13 (£60,073)

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and committed Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for supporting the development of teaching and learning across our Trust. The successful candidate will be employed centrally and work collaboratively across our schools to share best practice and develop skills and knowledge.

The key focus of the role will include being a role model to staff, coaching, mentoring and sharing staff best practice as well as providing a hub of knowledge where teachers can observe, team teach and have the opportunity to develop their own skills. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing teaching and learning within a school, with teaching experience from EYFS to key stage 2. They will be strong leaders of learning who are passionate about providing all children with the very best learning experiences possible.

The successful candidate will be required to travel to all our schools within the Trust.
