Become our Sixth Form Centre Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Bradgate Sixth Form as our Sixth Form Centre Manager. We require someone to work Monday – Friday for 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.


As a Sixth Form Centre Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day running of our vibrant Sixth Form Centre

• Supporting and guiding students through their academic journey and beyond

• Driving excellence in attendance, progress, and student wellbeing

• Collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional enrichment and pastoral support

• Be a key face of the Sixth Form — inspiring students, parents, and the wider community

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

• Be a proactive problem-solver who can balance care with high expectations

• Be confident with IT packages such as Microsoft, Excel, Canva

• Have experience in education or student support (Sixth Form/College setting desirable)
