An opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Wreake Valley Academy as a Cover Supervisor on a fixed term basis until 23rd August 2026. The working hours available are 18 hours per week to 30 hours per week (3-5 working days) the working days/hours can be discussed further at interview.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will;
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment
• Build great relationships with students and staff alike

The ideal candidate will have:
• a NVQ3 or equivalent in Supporting Teaching & Learning
• Experience of working with students in a formal setting without supervision
• Ability to effectively manage student behaviour in line with school policies
• Strong communication skills
