An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Wreake Valley Academy on a permanent basis for 32.5 hours per week.
We are excited to invite a passionate and dedicated individual to join our vibrant SEND department. As part of our close-knit, supportive team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our diverse student community and play a key role in shaping student outcomes.
Building upon our strong foundation, where a thoughtful and well-structured curriculum is already in place, you will get to know your students personally, adapting and tailoring the curriculum to ensure each one makes meaningful progress. The team has already delivered outstanding results, and we are now focused on continuously improving our practices to provide even greater support for our students.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have Knowledge or experience of pupils with SEN/SEMH/ASD
• Be highly organised and conscientious
• Have good influencing skills to encourage pupils to interact with others and be socially responsible
• Have high expectations and work to ensure that all children can succeed in their learning
• Be a Team Player
