An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Wreake Valley Academy on a permanent basis for 28.75 hours per week. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and personable SEND Administration Assistant to support the smooth and effective running of the SEND department.
Working closely with the SENDCo and Assistant SENDCo, you will play a key role in providing high quality administrative support for students with special educational needs.
In this role, you will:
• Maintain accurate SEND records and data in line with GDPR requirements
• Manage SEND administration systems, including Arbor
• Coordinate communication with parents, staff, and external agencies
• Support the organisation of EHCP annual reviews
• Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence for the SEND team
• Assist with SEND register updates and reporting
