Pastoral Support Lead Level 2
Wyvern Primary School seeks a part-time Pastoral Support Lead to support students' emotional, social, and academic well-being. The role involves working with students, parents, and staff to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment. We are looking for someone who is able to offer support to children and their families to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside school to achieve their full potential
Wyvern Primary is a large, multi-cultural primary school, which was judged as “Good” in our January 2022 Ofsted inspection.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is proactive and can work independently with minimal supervision
• Is passionate about helping students achieve their best.
• Has experience working with children, parents, and carers individually and in groups.
• Is committed to the school's vision and values.
• Is organised and a collaborative team player.
• Is a positive role model with high expectations for staff and students.
• Understands Early Help and LLR thresholds.
Working hours will be 14 hours per week for 39 weeks per year (term time + one week).
Salary: Grade 7 Points 19-22
Actual Salary: £11205-£11458 (FTE £34314)
