Welcome to the Engage Enrich Excel Academies career site

Are you looking to work for a Trust that invests in you?

Overview

Engage Enrich Excel Academies was founded in 2014 and we have grown from 1 school to 6. Our family of schools is growing as we have been approved to open up 2 brand new schools in 2025. The future is really exciting for all staff.

Central to our development has been our focus on developing our staff with high quality professional development.

We believe in 'localism and positive collaboration', but what does this mean?

Our schools serve their communities and this enables our schools to bespoke their curriculum to meet the needs of the children and families they serve. From a staff members perspective this means we nurture and capture their thoughts and creativity. The Trust schools positively collaborate for the benefit of all. We share thinking, resources and celebrate each others successes.

Over the past 18 months 4 of our schools have been inspected and they have all been graded at least good.

This is what Ofsted has said about our schools:

"Staff are happy and proud to work at Westfield Primary. They feel valued and supported by leaders."

(Westfield Primary School, 2022)

"Staff are proud to be part of the team. They appreciate and value that leaders are so considerate."

(South Camberley Primary & Nursery School, 2022)

"Leaders support staff very well to manage their workload and well-being. Staff appreciate the thoughtfulness of leaders."

(Maybury Primary School, 2023)

"Leaders help staff well-being by ensuring that workload is manageable. This positive support has nurtured the skills and aspirations of teachers early in their careers."

(The Cambridge Primary School, 2022)
