Contract: Permanent: 17.5 hours a week (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 12 noon) Term time only
Salary and Grade: Surrey S5 £26,777 (FTE) Actual salary: £9,766 per year

Send CofE Primary School, a warm and welcoming two-form primary situated in the picturesque village of Send with excellent transport links to the A3 and Woking, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child & Family Support Worker.
Join our vibrant team and play a vital role in nurturing strong relationships with families, championing pupil well-being, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to flourish through positive home-school partnerships. As an integral part of our Inclusion team, you will proactively engage with families, provide crucial early intervention, and facilitate seamless communication between school, parents/carers, and external agencies.
