Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children and families, helping them thrive both in and out of the classroom?

Send CofE Primary School, a warm and welcoming two-form primary situated in the picturesque village of Send with excellent transport links to the A3 and Woking, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child & Family Support Worker.

Join our vibrant team and play a vital role in nurturing strong relationships with families, championing pupil well-being, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to flourish through positive home-school partnerships. As an integral part of our Inclusion team, you will proactively engage with families, provide crucial early intervention, and facilitate seamless communication between school, parents/carers, and external agencies.

As a 'Good' (Ofsted '24) school, we are "deeply committed to fostering a safe and joyful environment where children love learning and thrive," and our report highlights that "pupils are happy and behave well" and "leaders are ambitious for all pupils." Embodying Christian values of compassion, respect, and service, we are a truly collaborative and child-centered setting.

Interested in joining our team? We strongly encourage you to come and visit our school to see us at work. Please contact the school office to arrange a visit or for an informal discussion with our Headteacher, Mrs. Marianne McDonnell.
